Is Massage therapy regulated?

YES in Ontario, Canada massage therapy is regulated by the CMTO , College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I have been an active member of the CMTO since 1997.

The CMTO is the regulator that oversees Registered Massage Therapists in Ontario and develops the standards and rules that keep it a safe profession.

Do i need to have massage therapy when I purchase Mindset coaching?

NO massage therapy can support the peak performance coaching process but not necessary.

I provide massage therapy as a separate service from coaching but they do not have to be exclusive if you live in the Toronto area.

Do I receive coaching when I book a massage appointment?

NO massage therapy is it’s own profession and all sessions will be defined by your specific needs that can be addressed within the scope of massage therapy as defined by the CMTO. Coaching sessions are separate and carried out over zoom or in person at my office.
