  • Online Learning

    Work at your own pace with online resources you can download or print. Work wherever you feel the most comfortable, and you don’t have to schedule weekly call times because with this option the timing is all up to you.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a strategic thinking, partnership and purpose driven process that helps you move forward through blocks towards goals and success.  The partnership means you are a vital part in the process.

A coach is a guide that asks questions to help reveal  insights and formulate inspired actions that create new results.  Dreaming big is just a dream – taking action is what makes it happen! 

What is NOT Coaching?

Coaching is NOT therapy. It can aid you in learning new strategies to deal with stress but does not cross into the full mental health realm. If required I am more than happy to refer to a mental health professional. 

Coaching is NOT passive learning. The coaching process only works with full participation from the client. You must be actively engaged in the process as it requires introspection and reflection in order to create new possibilities for you. 

What is the Coaching Contract?

If you decide you would like to work together, I will ask you to sign a contract designed to have you acknowledge your roll in the coaching process. The best results come with full interaction, focus and intention to put in the work required to see outcomes transpire. It is a great way to know what is expected of you during our time working together.
